How to find the product you want to buy?

How can I order online from SEVEN FRIDAY? How can I use the discount coupons?

Choose your favourite items from our offer and add them to your cart in the size and colour you want. If you do not want to add more items to your cart, click on the "Checkout" button to finalize your order. You can order as a customer (by logging into your account or creating one) or as a guest. Then you will have to choose the delivery method and payment method you prefer. In the last step, you can double-check the correctness of the data you entered and use the discount coupons by entering the respective code in the box under the order summary. After submitting a request for your order, you will get an e-mail confirmation message with your order information to your e-mail address, and you will be able to follow the status of your order in your personal account. Average delivery times are currently 11- 15 days. In case of any inconvenience, we apologize to you and thank you in advance for your understanding!

What data is needed to place an order?

To place an order via the website, you must first have an active e-mail address. Furthermore, in the purchase form, it is necessary to provide the personal and contact data necessary for the order and shipment: name and surname, shipping address, telephone number of the courier. When placing an order over the phone, an email address is not required.

What is the order processing time?

Order processing times depend on the chosen form of payment and the courier.

Is there a minimum amount from which I have to place an order?

No, you can make a purchase for any amount.

Can I return the products I ordered?

Certainly, you can return ordered items within 30 days of receiving them. You can return the goods simply by means of the chosen shipping service, using the attached return form.

I made a return, when will the money be refunded?

We will return the value of the goods to you immediately after the goods arrive at our logistics centre. To confirm receipt of the return, you will receive an email in which we will inform you about the quantity of the returned items and the amount of the refund. Generally, the refund is made according to the payment method used. From the moment we receive our email and depending on the payment method, it may take 8-10 working days before you can see the refund on your account.

I wish to return, but there was no sticker in my package. What should I do?

Usually, a return sticker is always delivered with the ordered goods. We advise you to look well under the flaps at the bottom of the box, because sometimes in the transport it ends up hidden there. If this is not the case, you can contact our client service. Customer Service will immediately send you a return sticker by e-mail to the e-mail address you indicated. Once you receive the sticker, print it and apply it prominently on your return package. Finally, fill in the return form as usual. We recommend that you keep the delivery document until you receive our return confirmation by e-mail.

Can an out of stock item become available again later?

It is possible that out of stock items will become available again, thanks to returns. If your size or colour is not in stock currently and you want to be informed when it is back in stock, select your size and enter your e-mail address in the box below. We will notify you in an e-mail as soon as the product is back online. Your request is valid for 30 days. If the item is not restocked, we will delete your data after this period.
